What does it cost you?

You pay Radiant Group nothing. The insurer pays us a commission when a policy goes through. That is an incentive, and we say so openly: here is how we handle it.

People use the words loosely. What matters is whether the person works for one insurer or can compare several. We compare policies from several insurers and recommend the one that fits you.

Do I pay an insurance advisor in Jodhpur?

Not at Radiant Group. You pay no fee for advice, for comparing plans or for placing a policy. The insurer pays us a commission when a policy goes through.

Can you help me claim, or only sell a policy?

Both. We help you prepare a claim and follow it up. The insurer decides whether a claim is paid, and we cannot promise an outcome.

Can you advise me if I already have a policy from somewhere else?

Yes. Send us the policy document and we will tell you what it covers, what it leaves out, and when it is worth changing. If it is already right for you, we will say so.
